As a startup in the education sector, our goal with teech is to promote people's talents and interests. It is no longer a secret that our school system has shortcomings, which have now become more visible than ever during the pandemic.
With our own software, the digital classroom, we have not only helped schools to maintain teaching during the pandemic. We are now using it to show what opportunities digitalization really offers and what limits it can overcome. In 2021, between mandatory masks and lockdowns, we organized the Inspiration Days for the first time - a digital event at the beginning - to show young people exciting ideas and interesting career prospects.
This has now grown into Europe's largest career guidance event, which has been expanded to include a hybrid component with the first venues in Berlin and Frankfurt. Originally launched as a purely digital classroom, teech has developed into a platform where inquisitive people can learn with and from each other, find their bearings and grow personally.
