Alice is a global social impact leader. She began her career at Amazon in 2017 to launch the company's social impact community programs. Through the support of her team, multi-million dollar investments have been made in the various programs.

Alice developed the company's community impact strategy, which aims to provide young people with the resources they need to thrive. Under her leadership, Amazon has launched groundbreaking community investment programs, including the Amazon Housing Equity Fund, a $2 billion commitment to create equitable and inclusive housing in the company's headquarters regions, Amazon Future Engineer, Disaster Relief by Amazon, and the Right Now Needs Fund.
