Florian joined Amazon in 2008 and managed various areas such as electrical appliances or video games before taking on a broader leadership role as Country Manager for Amazon Business in the D-A-CH region in July 2016. In August 2022, he joined the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Big Tech team and took on a global responsibility as Account Director for SAP. Florian holds an MBA from the Open University Business School and is passionate about diversity and equal opportunities in business. He actively leads the Affinity Group Women@Amazon in Germany as well as the #AWSTechAlliance to promote the technical skills of talents in Germany.
