I am Andrea Wolf and have been part of the company for 1.5 years. My degree in education made it clear to me early on that I wanted to apply my passion for developing people in a professional context. In my role as "Young Talent Management", the individual development of our young talents is particularly important to me so that they can develop their full potential. As the contact person for overarching coordination and support throughout the entire training period, it is important to me to give our young talents the best possible start to their careers.
