Conditions of participation for the Inspiration Days 2024 networking event in Berlin

teech Education GmbH, Verwaltungssitz, Schlossgartenstraße 69, 64289 Darmstadt, hereinafter referred to as teech, is awarding a limited number of participation tickets for the event described. By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and responsibility for content.

By participating, you have the opportunity to gain access to the exclusive Inspiration Days 2024 networking event on 27.09.2024 at Factory Berlin Mitte.
2. how can you win?
You can register for the competition on the campaign page at www.teech.de/inspiration-days. The prize will be drawn from all qualified entries. Participation takes place by fulfilling the conditions stated on the promotion page. Entries or participations by other means will not be considered in the draw.
3. over what period will the campaign take place?
The promotion ends on September 23 at 11:59 pm.
4 Who can take part?
Participation is free of charge and permitted to any natural person. For underage participants, teech requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian. Participation requires the truthful provision of data relevant to participation. Sweepstakes clubs and automated sweepstakes services are not eligible to participate. Please only enter once. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning, as they will be filtered and blocked from the draw.
5 Who is excluded from participation?
teech is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of teech and the participating companies may not take part in this competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
6 How are the winners determined?
The winners will be selected by teech in an independent lottery procedure from all qualified entries.
7. how do I find out if I have won?
The winner will be notified by e-mail after the draw.
8. how do I receive my winnings?
Access to the event will be granted immediately by e-mail upon notification of the prize. The participant is responsible for the accuracy of the contact details provided.
9. what happens if I cancel my participation?
If a winner is unable to take part in the event, teech reserves the right to allow a third person to take part. In this case, for example, a new winner will be drawn from the group of eligible participants. The same applies in the event that a winner provides teech with incorrect contact details and it is therefore not possible to send or hand over the prize.
10. reservation clause
teech reserves the right to modify, interrupt or terminate the competition at any time without prior notice and without giving reasons. However, teech shall only make use of this option if it is not possible to guarantee the proper execution of the game for reasons of force majeure, for technical reasons (e.g. viruses in the computer system, manipulation or errors in the hardware and/or software) or for legal reasons. teech is not liable for losses, failures or delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. In justified cases, the prize may be replaced by a prize of equal value.
