The story of teech started in 2020 in the middle of the pandemic, when we developed a digital classroom for schools. By working with these schools from all over Germany, we became aware of one problem in particular: the school system is not only outdated, it is moving slower than the outside world. Instead, we are trying to force an extreme amount of knowledge into young people that neither interests them nor could be relevant to their future.

The result: young talents never find out where their strengths lie. School always forgets their individuality and potential. Uncertainty and disorientation spread, even faster due to the pandemic. But: If the child has problems in a school subject, they get tutoring, if they have a sporting streak, they play soccer in a club - or go to piano lessons. But what do you do if the child is already interested in other subjects at school age? Subjects that otherwise have no place in school, but are perhaps important for the child's future?

The solution: teech as a platform.

Instead of focusing on their weaknesses, we promote their interests and strengths and take advantage of the benefits of digitalization. They are accompanied by role models such as bestselling authors, Netflix directors, DTM world champions and successful music producers, exciting companies that represent their industry, job profiles and technologies.

Inspiration Days: free, hybrid career guidance and more

With the Inspiration Days, we offer schools from all over Germany free orientation and inspiration on a new level: a hybrid career orientation event that provides insights into a wide variety of everyday working life and has inspired thousands of participants since 2021. So far, the project has been supported above all by exciting personalities such as Joko Winterscheidt, Lena Gercke, Sebastian Fitzek and many more, who have given an authentic insight into their lives.
