(ATTENTION NEWS see below) Inspiration Days 2024 - annual kick-off of the journey of discovery into the professional world for the first time in the Rhine-Main area

Unfortunately, exhibition space for our partner companies was canceled at short notice, so we had to decide to implement the 100% event digitally in order not to disadvantage any of our partner companies. After all, the basic idea of the event is to reflect the professional diversity of young people, and a significantly thinned-out exhibition space does not meet our expectations of an innovative event.

The first Inspiration Days of 2024 will start in a few weeks' time. In addition to exciting role models, Europe's largest digital career guidance event will offer exciting insights in a shopping center for the first time. The high demand from the Rhine-Main region underlines the need for enthusiastic career guidance and inspiration for both pupils and their parents.

In cooperation with the NordWestZentrum shopping center as co-host, teech is jointly organizing its Inspiration Days career orientation event on Friday, July 5, 2024 on the large action stage in order to be able to offer it as an innovative format in the Rhine-Main region as well. Every year, tens of thousands of young people are inspired by exciting speakers such as Michael Ballack, Lena Gercke, Tim Raue and many more at the Inspiration Days. Now for the first time in Frankfurt am Main:

"We would now also like to provide targeted support to young talents in our home country and enable them to experience the appealing Inspiration Days concept on site. In a shopping center as a meeting place, parents also play an important role and can be both advocates and opponents on the journey of discovery through the career opportunities. The NordWestZentrum is a perfect partner for us due to its attractiveness for our audience as well as the infrastructural conditions." These are the words of founding brothers Joel and Emanuele Monaco, whose education start-up teech has its roots in Darmstadt.

A Friday was deliberately chosen as the day of the event, as the entire family can be welcomed to the NordWestZentrum in the afternoon: "The NordWestZentrum is not only the shopping heart of Frankfurt and the largest shopping center in the region, but also a major employer with over 2,000 employees in the stores, offices, medical practices, hotel, Titus Thermen and much more. This is why the NordWestZentrum will also be hosting the event and providing information on apprenticeships and career opportunities in the local retail sector. Whether shopping, browsing, culture or leisure - the NordWestZentrum is a meeting place for young and old," says marketing manager Pina Keffel.

The Inspiration Days offer established formats such as live podcasts, interviews and panel discussions on the large action stage. Together with partners, an exhibition area will be created that brings attractive topics from the world of work to life and establishes a direct line to regional and national industry giants. In addition, the event will be broadcast via teech's digital classroom in order to present the stage formats to interested parties from the entire DACH region.

Role models who provide insights into their lives and individual experiences in both their private and professional lives have proven to be one of the absolute success criteria for young people - including world editor-in-chief Jennifer Wilton, Germany's widest-reaching content creator Younes Zarou, Olympic champion Alexander Zverev and many more.

Information about the event

The teech Inspiration Days are organized in cooperation with the NordWestZentrum as co-host: They will take place for the first time in the Rhine-Main region on July 5, 2024, followed by a purely digital format on September 25 and 26, 2024 and the Berlin event on September 27, 2024 in cooperation with Factory Berlin. The on-site events will be streamed to the digital classroom of teech's online platform to enable schools from the entire DACH region to continue to experience the event.

About the NordWestZentrum:

The NordWestZentrum is the hub of northwest Frankfurt and a multifunctional shopping center that is not only a place for shopping, but also offers the functions of a small town. In addition to 170 stores, including stores from well-known brands such as Zara, P&C, Decathlon, C&A, H&M, Primark and Media Markt, there are now around 250 apartments and office space for public authorities and private companies on the site.
