Ströer and teech work together to inspire children and young people for their professional future

The start-up teech has developed a virtual classroom and already inspired thousands of students and teachers across Germany with renowned speakers and experts on this platform in May 2021. Now the teech Inspiration Days - the largest digital live event for career guidance - are back and will be even bigger together with Ströer and other partners.

From November 24, 2021, the teech Inspiration Days will give students the opportunity to take part in lectures and workshops in various digital rooms over a total of three days and to get involved interactively. In the digital spaces, students can interact with inspiring speakers in various formats and be motivated by them, but also learn new skills. Several hundred schools have registered for the digital event so far, with a current record of 37 schools in just three days.

This time, the event is under the patronage of Damian Boeselager, founder of the Volt Party and Member of the European Parliament: "Exciting life stories whet the appetite for what is to come. I am delighted that the Inspiration Days are making precisely this the core of their program, conveying self-confidence, a spirit of discovery and enthusiasm."

Once again, teech was able to attract exciting partners who will offer the community added value during the event. In addition to Commerzbank, E.ON, Brillux, the Schwartz Group and Siemens, these include Ströer in particular. The campaign, which was developed in-house, picks up on everyday phrases that many young people are confronted with when they "step out of line". Bro founder Emanuele "Manu" Monaco comments:

"The potential and talents of young, motivated people are wasted if their ideas and aspirations lie outside of social norms - where is the room for innovation and up-and-coming thought leaders? It is precisely these common clichés that we are addressing in our campaign together with Ströer and deliberately targeting our speakers and their provisions. For example, 'Everyone says: Life is not a concert of wishes. We say: Why don't you become a DJ?"

Ströer, the outdoor advertising expert, is providing media spaces focused on the DOOH networks of selected German cities. From mid-November, these will also attract attention outside the four school walls. The campaign will be accompanied by digital advertisements and various content formats on social media.

"We are in close contact with thousands of schools from all over Germany, and in some cases outside Germany's borders. During the pandemic, it has become clear to us in this dialog that many people lack perspective. The teech Inspiration Days therefore present many celebrities and pioneers in an approachable and human way, so that children and young people can see that life is not straightforward, but also has detours and ups and downs in store for you. However, enthusiasm, motivation and perseverance help them not to lose sight of their personal goals." Says younger brother Joel Monaco.

As the founding brothers, or bro-founders as they call themselves, are constantly in contact with potential investors, this time they have a special opportunity for forward thinkers and dreamers thanks to their network: together with Business Punk magazine and Factory Berlin, they are organizing a digital pitch event for students who will be able to present their own business ideas to a renowned jury of famous founders. Registrations for the pitch event as part of the Inspiration Days are already open!

Hermann Meyersick, Managing Director for Public Affairs at Stöer, comments on teech's initiative and the partnership with Ströer: "Over the past two years, the pandemic has shown the social and economic challenges we are facing. It is often forgotten that the future of all of us depends above all on children and young people. After all, they are shaping our common future and will perhaps lead us through even more difficult times. The teech Inspiration Days are an approach to highlighting perspectives and motivating people to innovate on their own path."
