Joel and Manu are separated by a total of 10 years, yet they have always been inseparable - they have more in common than just the fact that they are brothers. Even as a child, Joel was supported by Manu in the implementation of various crazy ideas and projects. Together they also developed a concept for an ad-financed car sharing scheme.
With teech, the two have now breathed life into the idea of the digital classroom together from the ground up and built a team that pulls together with them. Joel and Manu are not only brothers, they also share a close friendship and bond. They are also referred to as bro-founders by one of their first investors.

Our mission statement is summarized in a few words: WE EMPOWER DREAMERS!
What exactly does that mean?
Our education system is outdated and moves slower than the outside world. Instead, we try to force an extreme amount of knowledge into young people. The result: young talents never learn where their strengths lie. School in particular always forgets their individuality and potential. Uncertainty and disorientation are spreading, even faster due to the pandemic. Instead of focusing on their weaknesses, we promote their interests and strengths by bringing like-minded people together on our platform in both digital and hybrid formats and, above all, interactively on a wide range of topics. teech acts as an interface between them, industry representatives and successful people who pass on their knowledge.
Our inspiration
We are investing in the future of the younger generation and want to motivate and inspire them, especially in these difficult times. This is why, for example, we are organizing the Inspiration Days - Europe's largest event for career guidance mwith thousands of participants since 2021:
With exciting guests and their interesting stories, we provide an insight into their own professional careers in order to show young people in particular extraordinary paths and exciting career prospects and encourage them to think big. So far, we have been supported by industry representatives and, above all, by exciting personalities such as Joko Winterscheidt, Lena Gercke, Sebastian Fitzek and many more, who have given an authentic insight into their lives.

With the digital classroom, we ensure that lessons can also take place in the current situation. To achieve this, and to make digital lessons as convenient and motivating as possible, we are constantly developing our platform. In collaboration with our partner schools, teech wants to establish new teaching approaches and learning concepts. We want to simplify cross-school cooperation opportunities and make student projects and even the internationalization of lessons possible. Never stop learning!
