Finding the right IT training can be a real challenge. But have you ever thought about joining a bank? We're not as old-school as many people think.
Whether Education or dual study program - One thing is for sure: no coder has ever fallen from the sky. With us, you will go through all levels from beginner to pro.
As Apprentice you will receive comprehensive practical training in experienced teams. Always hands-on and right in the middle of the daily banking business. But everything gradually, because in our teams and seminars you will first get to know the basics of application development or system integration as well as our tools. For this you need No previous experience - Having fun with problem solving and technical gadgets is enough. In the dual study program in Applied Computer Science or Bachelor of Science practical training phases at the bank alternate with study phases at the vocational academy/university. The course is very practice-oriented and includes training in information technology.
The training content
From noob to IT crack in just 3 years? Easy! During your training as an IT specialist for application development or system integration, you will learn all the bits, bytes and pieces as well as everything else that is system-relevant. Whether planning, designing, programming applications or configuring database and server systems - with us you will learn everything you need for your job step by step.
Do you love variety and want to combine theory with live action directly from the field? Then complete a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Computer Science in the Frankfurt area. Analyzing, developing and designing software solutions are just as much a part of the level goals as planning and coordinating IT projects. In Hamburg and Bremen, you can complete a dual course of study in computer science in combination with an apprenticeship in IT application development. Your highlight: complete 1 dual study program and have 2 degrees in your pocket! As a software engineer, you will then be a pro in all areas of the software life cycle: from analysis to design and development through to testing.

What about vacation, salary and other benefits?
As an apprentice, you will work a 39-hour week with us. You will have 30 days of vacation per year, and in the first year of training you will receive a salary of €1,036 per month. In the second year it will be €1,098 and in the third year €1,160. On top of this, there are also capital-forming benefits - at the maximum rate of €480 per year.

Apply now before it's 2L8: your application process
Once you have sent your application, you will receive a response from us within 24 hours. If everything fits, you will receive an invitation to the online test by e-mail. Once you have passed this, you can convince us in a telephone interview and in your personal selection interview - and we will convince you of us. In the selection interview, you can expect an individual interview and a role play.
If you have convinced us, you will usually receive a preliminary contract immediately on the same day, followed by the final contract in the following weeks.
If you are unsuccessful at any station, you can reapply the following year. The probationary period is 4 months.
Your career
After your apprenticeship, you will not only have very good chances of being taken on, but also a solid basis for getting started in IT. You can decide what you want to specialize in and we will support you on your individual career path.
