Jana Crämer was born in the Ruhr area before moving to Berlin and finally choosing Haltern am See as her adopted home. Just a few years ago, she weighed 180 kilos, then she lost 100 kilos and took control of her life. From being a victim of bullying, she became an encourager and has been visiting schools across Germany since 2016 as part of her concert reading tours with the musician Batomae. With her autobiographical novel "Das Mädchen aus der 1. Reihe", in her podcast "Wir sind so!" and on her social media channels (TikTok, YouTube and Instagram) with over 750,000 followers, she invites her community to dive into life with her.
