Beatrice is a Director of Sustainability at Amazon in Berlin. She leads the team focused on reporting Amazon’s environmental and social impacts externally. Prior to this role, Beatrice has held various business and product leadership positions at Amazon in Europe, China and the US since joining the company in 2005, for example starting Amazon’s seller business in China and launching Alexa internationally. Prior to Amazon, Beatrice received her MBA from HEC Paris and led customer innovations in the ecommerce space at Renault. Away from work, Beatrice enjoys discovering Berlin with her family since moving to Germany in 2022.
