The event will focus primarily on the topics of sustainability and the climate crisis in order to facilitate an in-depth discussion on the key importance of the real estate industry. An in-depth look at sustainability aspects and the challenges of the climate crisis will create the necessary basis for a comprehensive discussion of the specific effects and solutions in the real estate industry.
This is the MOMENI Group
The MOMENI Group was founded in Hamburg in 2004 and has been involved in the construction and management of real estate ever since. The company has four business divisions: Fund / Investment Management, Development, Real Estate Management and Ventures. The MOMENI Group currently has 100 young and dynamic employees working at six locations (Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, Munich and London). Nine office properties are currently under construction, and Momeni already manages a further 70 properties in Germany and London.
For many years, they have been paying attention to sustainability criteria for their properties, as these play a central role in the use of natural resources. They see the industry as having a responsibility, as real estate is associated with a large proportion of global CO2 emissions.

Selina Dämon
Selina Dämon has been Junior ESG Manager at the MOMENI Group since January 2023 and is responsible for the Group's sustainability activities. Selina Dämon holds an M.A. in Real Estate Management and a B.Sc. in International Business Administration.
Tristan Holtkamp
Tristan Holtkamp is Head of ESG at the MOMENI Group, responsible for the Group's sustainability activities. During his professional career, he has worked intensively on projects in the field of energy and decarbonization. Tristan Holtkamp holds an M.A. in Sustainability Management and a B.Sc. in International Business Administration.
